Responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of all company vehicles and motorcycles. The role covers driving duties, routine inspection, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and coordination with external service providers for major repairs. This position ensures that transportation needs of the company are met while maintaining cost efficiency and minimizing vehicle downtime.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Operation

  • Safely drive company vehicles as required for official business, logistics support, and personnel transport;
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company driving policies;
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicles.

2. Maintenance and Repair

  • Conduct daily inspection (oil, water, brakes, lights, tire pressure, etc.) prior to vehicle use;
  • Perform preventive maintenance, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and minor repairs on company vehicles and motorcycles;
  • Ensure vehicles are roadworthy before deployment;
  • Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs, and monitor repair quality.

3. Documentation and Reporting

  • Submit reports on vehicle condition, maintenance activities, and incidents;
  • Recommend parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.

4. Compliance and Safety

  • Observe safety protocols in vehicle operation, maintenance, and repair activities;
  • Report immediately any accidents, damage, or safety issues to the Logistics Officer.

Qualifications

  • Certificate in Automotive Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as mechanic and driver
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong, safe and defensive driving skills
  • Technical knowledge and experience in automotive maintenance and repair
  • Attention to detail
  • Safety-conscious
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Reliability, integrity, and accountability
  • Willing to work in Muntinlupa
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
