QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom operations, preferably in cable landing stations or network operations centers.

  • Proven experience supervising technical teams in network operations.

  • Strong knowledge of submarine and terrestrial cable systems, network equipment, and monitoring tools.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE:

  • Certification in network operations, fiber optics, or cable systems is a plus.

  • Familiarity with network protocols, fault management, and testing procedures.

  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities under operational pressure.
