Job Summary:

The Application Developer is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and developing applications and workflows to support business operations and client requirements. This role involves providing technical support for existing systems, designing and implementing new solutions using the .NET Framework and SQL, and ensuring seamless integration through API development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for existing applications and workflows, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
  • Enhance and optimize current applications and workflows based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Develop new applications and workflows using the .NET Framework (C#) for backend development.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust database structures, queries, and stored procedures using SQL.
  • Create and maintain APIs to enable seamless integration and data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, share technical insights, and provide effective solutions.
  • Apply a detail-oriented and proactive approach to all development, testing, and support tasks.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and quality deliverables.
