Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage SAP BASIS administration activities, ensuring optimal performance and availability of SAP systems. Oversee SAP migration projects to hyperscaler platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards. Administer and support SAP HANA databases, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored SAP solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications:Extensive SAP BASIS Experience:Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in SAP BASIS administration with a proven track record in managing large-scale SAP environments. Hyperscaler Migration Expertise:Strong experience with SAP migrations to hyperscaler platforms.

Familiarity with tools and methodologies for successful migration, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies, is essential. SAP HANA Administration:Must have hands-on experience in administering SAP HANA systems, including performance tuning, monitoring, and backup/restore procedures. Customer Management:Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

Experience in liaising with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project milestones are met. Technical Skills:Proficiency in SAP BASIS tools and technologies, including but not limited to landscape management, system copies, and transport management. Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
