Job Summary:

The Call Center Agent (Sales) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, promoting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, sales-driven mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed performance targets while delivering high-quality customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers; monitor competitor activities
  • Negotiate and manage trade agreements, pricing, promotions, and contracts
  • Achieve KPIs on sales, volume, productivity, availability, and distribution
  • Develop new brands/categories and ensure PicOS execution, pricing, and availability
  • Handle customer concerns, requests, and basic administrative tasks via call
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams (trade developers, supervisors, back office)
  • Ensure proper merchandising, promotion execution, and equipment utilization in outlets
  • Conduct inventory checks, order taking, and ensure portfolio compliance
  • Manage order transmission, delivery coordination, returns, and exchanges
  • Monitor timely delivery, product safety, payment collection, and driver pre-settlement.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • At least 2 years of college education (any course)
  • Knowledgeable in sales with at least 2 years of solid sales experience
  • Holds a valid Professional Driver's License
