Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure all tasks are executed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
  • Client Coordination and Meetings:
  • Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct regular meetings to update clients on progress and address concerns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Technical Documentation and Drawings:
  • Prepare and interpret technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
  • Provide technical input and ensure the accuracy of project documentation.
  • Billing and Financial Management:
  • Prepare billing reports, invoices, and project cost estimates.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure financial goals are met.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to manage project-related payments and collections.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
  • Supervise and provide guidance to site engineers, contractors, and workers.
  • Ensure all team members understand project goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Resolve on-site issues and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in waterproofing, repainting, or construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other technical design software.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Project).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

Additional Skills:

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in preparing project reports and financial documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
