The Product Support Staff is responsible for supporting product management, sales, and marketing teams in handling product operations. This role involves assisting with product monitoring, merchandising, inventory, promotions, and providing customer support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss product performance and improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for setting, forecasting, and developing product strategy
  • Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to develop business strategies for revenue generations
  • Facilitates product ordering with suppliers
  • Oversees product planning activities including developing a product strategy, road map and timetable for roll-out, determining product specifications, product packaging and documentation, recommending pricing strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communications including presentation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft offices
  • Skills at working effectively with cross functional teams in an organization.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data analysis and strong data analytic skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
