The IT Officer is responsible for providing technical assistance in the IT systems. They are responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults. Their main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of IT assets both hardware and software.

  • Ensures maintenance and documentation of the IT Office including the safekeeping of company equipment.

  • Assists personnels during the resolution of IT-related incidents, preventive maintenance of IT equipment, and others as directed by the company.

  • Implements application and software updates when deemed necessary by the company.

  • Performs other IT-related duties deemed necessary by the head office.

  • Ensures the cybersecurity of the company as well as its clients.

  • Conducts regular check-ins and updates of IT assets in compliance with the government and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any Information Technology related course.

  • Excellent Communication Skills.

  • Ability to understand and articulate technical and non-technical solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills;

  • Point of Contact and Liaise with Government Offices and Agencies.
