Finance Executive

Position Requirements:

• BS in Accountancy Graduate or equivalent
• At least 10 years' experience in Finance and Accounting (general accounting, cost accounting, management planning, compliance, treasury and payroll)
• At least 5 years in a managerial role
• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent
• PEZA-accredited company experience

Qualifications:

• Manages the Direct Reports' functions and deliverables
• Manages and approves any activity related to Bribery Prevention and Compliance
• Ensures the correctness and accuracy of the following: (1) Monthly government (BIR, PEZA, SEC, SSS, PHIC and HDMF) compliance requirements were filed on time; (2) Renewal of all business permits and certifications
• Recommends improvements deemed necessary for accounting processes, principles, methods and controls to enhance performance and productivity of the group
• Prepares Financial Statements when main PIC is unavailable
• Performs cash count and monitors daily bank balances
• Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt to change, demonstrating flexibility and ownership of the change
• Highly proficient in using various Accounting applications

Additional details:

• Permanent and Direct hire
• Fully onsite in Hermosa, Bataan office
• Mon-Fri plus maximum 2x Saturdays in a month, day shift schedule (Work starts at 8AM)
