Finance Executive

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
• Provide financial advice and support to the management team
• Supervise and train the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting, and analysis
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• CPA certification or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage

Additional details:

• Permanent and Direct hire
• Fully onsite in Hermosa, Bataan office
• Mon-Fri plus maximum 2x Saturdays in a month, day shift schedule (Work starts at 8AM)
