About the role

Join MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. as a Hybrid Set up Insurance Representative based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Whether working remotely or from our office, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries and assist customers with various insurance-related tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed information about insurance products and services
  • Guide customers through the application and claims processes
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

What we're looking for

  • College Graduate W/ Diploma and with solid 1 year call center experience in Healthcare Account Voice International
  • Handled Eligibility, Claims or Benefits
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
