The Role:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Perform accurate data entry, maintain reports and dashboards, and maintain structured datasets in Looker Studio and Google Spreadsheet
  • Take full operational ownership of data accuracy and reporting dashboards, including troubleshooting inconsistencies and continuously optimizing data flows between Hyros, Whop, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Conduct ongoing data quality assurance (QA) checks to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
  • Provide data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and surface actionable insights
  • Document processes, SOPs, and ensure repeatability in reporting tasks
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure data integrity across all departments
  • First 90 Days: Master the company's data environment, fully document reporting flows, and identify opportunities to optimize accuracy and efficiency
  • 12 Months: Take complete ownership of the reporting ecosystem, proactively optimizing dashboards and data flows to support executive decision-making
  • Reports directly to the COO; outputs are relied upon by the entire executive team for decision-making
Ideal Profile:

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Strong proactive problem solver to ensure data integrity, reporting integrity and top quality insights for making business decisions is a must
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using Slack for communication and workflow coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Data Engineer / Analyst or similar role, with at least 1-2 years of senior leadership experience and 1-2 years' experience in data entry, QA or reporting
  • 5-7 years of eCommerce experience across multiple disciplines
  • Advanced Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for building and maintaining dashboards.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in Direct Response / Info Products highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Hyros and Whop (data tracking, reporting, exports).
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier/Make) for streamlining workflows.
  • Basic SQL or data querying skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments.

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

  • Processor: Windows Intel i5 (10th gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 OR Apple M1 chip (2020 or later); 16+ GB RAM
  • Internet Speed - At least 100MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time 

Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday-Friday // 9 pm to 5 am PHT Monday-Friday

Salary Range: PHP 85,000 to 130,000 per month, depending on experience
