For Azure DevOps

Design, develop, maintain, and support high-quality in-house software build systems for Enterprise class software

Design and maintain automated pipelines to continuously deliver value to clients

Provide design, implementation guidance and tutoring as necessary to other team members in best practices, tool use, and DevOps principals

Designing, training, and implementing source code control management best practices

Creation and maintenance of an automated build/release scripts and plans

Works independently and within project teams to provide guidance and recommendations to business stakeholders and management for risk remediation

Communicate effectively with members of software development and other project related groups to ensure processes and project objectives are met

Contribute and review ongoing improvements of the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for DevOps best practices

Requires some after-hours release support, so a flexible time schedule is required

For Azure Data Engineer


• Performs data/system analysis and addresses complex data issues (root cause identification and resolution).


• Maintains comprehensive documentation of data processes, information flows, and resolutions.


• Supports automation of data processes on cloud and on-premises.


• Investigates data issues and supports data owners in developing/implementing remediation plans.


• Develops Databricks notebooks, Power BI dashboards, and data pipelines.


• Provides deployment to production and vendor hypercare support.


• Prepares handover documents for Operations.

Job Specifications/Candidate Qualifications


• SQL experience (nice-to-have)


• Python (for data wrangling and analysis)


• DAX (for Power BI)


• Experience with databases: Oracle, Azure, SQL, or other major database platforms


• Proficiency in cloud-based monitoring tools and query logs


• Experience with big data processing frameworks (HDFS, MapReduce, Spark, etc.)


• Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI for scripting/automation is a plus


• Familiarity with reporting tools and generating visualizations for stakeholders


• Collaborative team player, good communicator, and analytical thinker


• Experience with tools/technologies such as: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, Synapse, Log Analytics

Must haves Skills/ Minimum Requirement


• Azure Databricks: Hands-on experience in development using Azure Databricks.


• Azure Data Factory: Hands-on experience in development using Azure Data Factory.


• Microsoft Power BI: Hands-on development experience in Microsoft Power BI.


• Must be a local citizen
