Job Description: We are in search of a highly qualified and exceptionally professional Part-Time Japanese Language Teacher to join our esteemed academic team.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of instructing beginner and lower-level Japanese classes, preparing instructional materials, and ensuring precise reporting on student progress.

This role necessitates the capacity to conduct on-site classes at First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary Japanese language lessons tailored for lower-level learners in accordance with the established curriculum.
  • Develop, prepare, and refine teaching materials to enhance classroom instruction.
  • Conduct classes on-site at FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas. - Engage in mandatory training sessions to ensure instructional coherence and maintain teaching standards.
  • Attend scheduled faculty or project meetings.
  • Adhere to academic guidelines and directives issued by the Project Manager. - Submit daily student reports and meticulously monitor learner progress.
  • Cultivate a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience in Japanese language instruction (classroom or online).
  • Must possess at least a JLPT N3 certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and adapt teaching materials effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A professional work ethic characterized by punctuality and dependability.
  • Must be capable of conducting on-site classes at FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is considered advantageous. Additional Information:
  • Training projects typically span 40 days (weekdays only, no weekends).
  • Class hours range from 6 to 8 hours per day
