  1. Maintain an updated file of all HMOs. That includes policies and procedures on availment of diagnostic and medical services, doctor's professional fee, list of accredited doctors, etc.
  2. Handles all inquiries, concerns, and requests of members relative to their health benefits.
  3. Coordinates the needs of the HMO patients with the corresponding HMO office.
  4. Encode report, memos, and correspondence concerning HMO.
  5. Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
