We are currently seeking an innovative and results-driven QS Engineer to manage project materials and job orders, oversee subcontractor billing (weekly and monthly), analyze cost variances, recommend corrective actions, and prepare cost comparisons for materials and labor for the Caticlan Airport project.

Job Description:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same capacity.
  • Evaluates and controls the project requirement in terms of the material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor.
  • Analyze and manage cost variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Prepares and evaluates cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Caticlan.
