REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Pharmacy Services NCIII Certificate.

  • Assist the pharmacist in preparing, labeling, and dispensing medications according to prescriptions.
  • Receive, verify, and process prescriptions and medication orders.
  • Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and monitoring expiration dates.
  • Assist in billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
  • Provide courteous customer service and respond to patient inquiries under pharmacist supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
  • Follow safety procedures, infection control policies, and pharmacy regulations
  • Report medication discrepancies or issues to the pharmacist immediately.
