Job Brief

We're seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to support digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for creating visual content that aligns with branding, drives engagement, and supports customer acquisition and retention goals. The ideal candidate combines technical design expertise with a solid understanding of digital channels and marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design

  • Create compelling visuals for social media, websites, email marketing, blogs, display ads, and more.

  • Design and maintain consistent brand identity across all assets, including logos, icons, and templates.

  • Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  • Digital Marketing Collateral

  • Collaborate with marketing to design creative for campaigns, promotions, and events.

  • Adapt designs for multiple digital platforms and screen sizes.

  • Social Media Design

  • Design graphics tailored for social platforms (posts, banners, profile covers).

  • Understand and implement best practices for each platform.

  • Support social media campaigns with engaging visual content.

  • Content Creation

  • Assist in producing multimedia content (videos, GIFs, animations).

  • Support content teams by elevating visual quality of blog posts and articles.

  • Web Design

  • Partner with web developers to design responsive and user-friendly web assets.

  • Create interface elements such as CTAs, menus, and layout sections.

  • Creative Strategy

  • Participate in brainstorming and contribute to ideation for digital campaigns.

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and digital marketing techniques.

  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure consistency.

  • Communicate design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Visual Communication.

  • Proven experience designing for digital marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong grasp of design principles, composition, colour, and typography.

  • Experience designing for web, email, and social media.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an advantage.

  • Portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback across stakeholders.

Software Proficiency:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Canva (if applicable)

  • Basic video editing or animation tools (optional but a plus)

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff or basic web edits

  • Experience working with marketing automation or CMS tools

  • Exposure to A/B testing creative concepts in digital ads

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Adaptable with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for design trends
