Qualifications

For Senior Level

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit specifically in IT related controls assurance

For Managerial level

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit specifically in IT related controls assurance
  • CPA and/or CISA certification is a must.

Both roles must be willing to work in either work schedules

  • AU - 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • US - WS0/WS4: 6am - 3pm, 4pm - 1am
  • SG - 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Office location - PASIG Metro Manila

Responsibilities

For Senior Level

  1. Assist in planning and performing IT audit engagements.
  2. Test IT general controls, application controls, and IT-dependent manual controls.
  3. Evaluate IT system configurations, security settings, and access management processes.
  4. Document audit findings, evidence, and workpapers in accordance with professional standards.
  5. Identify risks, control gaps, and provide recommendations for remediation.
  6. Support in drafting audit reports and communicating results to stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand systems, processes, and controls.
  8. Stay informed on IT risks, emerging threats, and industry best practices.

For Managerial level

  1. Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of IT audit engagements.
  2. Assess the effectiveness of IT general controls, application controls, cybersecurity, and data protection practices.
  3. Review IT policies, procedures, and system implementations to identify gaps and risks.
  4. Provide recommendations to enhance IT governance, risk management, and control processes.
  5. Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and improvement areas.
  6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on IT-related reviews.
  7. Manage and mentor audit team members, ensuring adherence to professional standards and methodologies.
  8. Stay updated with emerging technologies, IT risks, and regulatory changes.
