POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide support for the claims processing of Personal Accident .
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Receives claims document .
Assist in the initial evaluation of received documents.
Create/Open an Individual Claim folder for each reported and receipted claims report/document.
Provides verification of applicable coverages and if premium has been paid.
Validate the submitted documents to ensure that all required supporting documents are complete.
Prepare letter corresponces
Monitors and make follow-up to clients (external or internal) on t he status of the claim to ensure the timely delivery of claim.
Prepares Order for Payment.
Prepares the Release of Claim to client.
Conducts regular updates on claims log.
Maintains/Update the phycial files of claims.
Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
