The Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice Account) is responsible for providing exceptional customer support through written communication channels such as chat, email, and ticketing systems. This role focuses on efficiently resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to company standards and performance metrics.

The position is on-site at the company's Bridgetowne, Quezon City location and requires a professional who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and online support platforms.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding company products, services, billing, and account concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently within defined service levels.
  • Log and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training, coaching, and feedback sessions to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Requirement: At least HS (OLD CURRICULUM) Senior High School graduate, College level, or Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Experience: with BPO experience is a plus but not required.

  • Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written English communication and comprehension skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and web-based tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Other Requirements:

  • Willing to work on-site at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional, punctual, and team-oriented.
