About the role

As a Content Moderator at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and appropriateness of the content shared on our digital platforms. Reporting to the Content Management team, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and making informed decisions to maintain a safe and positive environment for our community. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and standards
  2. Identify and remove any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates our policies
  3. Provide feedback and recommendations to the Content Management team on content trends and areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address content-related issues and implement content moderation strategies
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content moderation
  6. Assist in the development and refinement of content guidelines and policies

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback
  2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions
  3. Familiarity with various types of digital content and the ability to identify potential issues or violations
  4. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to content moderation
  5. Demonstrated experience in a similar content moderation or customer service role
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
