Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Specialist.

In this role, you will ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure through proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and strategic escalation to minimize business disruptions. Your vigilance will be key to keeping systems stable and operations smooth.

What the role will entail

  • Monitor systems and services to ensure availability and respond to downtime alerts
  • Process service requests, incidents, and change requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Generate daily and monthly reports, including Automated Teller Machine (ATM) status and inventory
  • Support ATM operations such as installation, delivery, disposal, and inventory
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in scheduled training and contribute to team updates and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
  • At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in service desk or technical support roles is required
  • Proven ability to monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime is essential
  • Understanding of servers, databases, network devices, and basic network protocols such as TCP/IP is essential
  • Comfort with IT support tools and standard office applications is important
  • Success in this role is determined by strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and dependability
