The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. This role involves preparing reports, identifying trends, creating visual dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy. The Data Analyst will collaborate with various departments to translate business needs into meaningful analyses and recommendations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support management decisions.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data models.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and solve business problems.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis and create performance metrics as needed.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure continuous data integrity.
  • Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business operations.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Location: Ugong Valenzuela City

Working Schedule: Monday-Saturday
