  • Build relationships with clients by explaining their options, answering questions, and providing support throughout the process
  • Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for new products or services
  • Coordinate with designers, programmers, and other team members to develop new digital tools and features
  • Analyze data to determine marketing effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Knowledge in graphic design, web design, or video editing using Canva, Photoshop, and other digital marketing tools
