HIRING: Licensed Civil Engineer

We are looking for passionate and goal-oriented Licensed Civil Engineers to be part of our growing team.

  • With at least 2 year experience in construction company. Knowledgeable in preparation of basic scheduling and implementation of construction methods and procedures. Has an ability to estimate and quantify surveying and understands the quality control and safety standards. Know-how in operating Microsoft word and spreadsheet software
  • Highly organized and independent in preparation, evaluation and implementation of project requirements and work activities with timeliness to achieve overall target

JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Prepare the requirements for the implementation of a particular work activity by studying the plans/specifications, and analyzing the objectives and schedule, organizing the work group and ensuring that the required resources are accurately estimated requisitioned and made available at the work site.

2) Lead/Supervise a work group or crew in the implementation of a specific construction activity (DMCI workers and/or Subcontractors

3) Evaluate the cost proposals, billings and accomplishments of subcontractors

4) Monitor and check the progress, quality and safety of the work and ensure that these are in accordance with the targets

5) Prepare the necessary Progress Reports related to the work item/activity being supervised or handled
