Job Title: Material PlannerJob Summary:

The Material Planner is responsible for ensuring the availability of materials needed for business operations and sales, maintaining accurate inventory records, and providing timely sales and stock reports to support decision-making. This role plays a key part in aligning material planning with sales forecasts, maintaining minimum inventory levels, and ensuring that all inventory transactions are properly documented and recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Planning & Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability to meet operational and sales demands.

  • Set and maintain minimum inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

  • Forecast demand and consumption patterns in coordination with Sales and Operations teams.

  • Sales & Records Management

  • Ensure that all inventory and material-related transactions are properly recorded in the system.

  • Track and update all incoming and outgoing materials accurately and in real-time.

  • Prepare and submit monthly sales and inventory reports to the Sales Head.

  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory movements, stock levels, and material usage.

  • Analyze sales trends to support purchasing and replenishment decisions.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation related to inventory and material handling.

  • Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability aligns with forecasted needs.

  • Communicate material shortages or delays proactively and recommend solutions.

  • Participate in regular planning meetings to provide data-driven insights and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or a similar role.

  • Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
