Job Responsibilities Report to Project Manager. Prepare plans and documents including: Project Schedule Equipment Specification Bill of Material Quantities Sub-contract Scope of Work / Supply Progress Reports and Billing Supervise, instruct, and review the work of Project Engineers and Cad Operators.

Prepare documentation for building and installation permit applications, including plans and drawings. Develop mechanical and electrical plans such as: Process and Instrument Diagram General Arrangement Drawing Tank, Structures, and Primary Piping Support plans/drawings Mechanical Installation plans/drawings including Piping Route, Piping Isometric, Secondary Support, etc. Monitor the progress of site installation.

Provide technical assistance to the site manager/supervisor in interpreting plans and drawings. Liaise with customers, general contractors, government agencies, industrial park management, and other parties. Assist in site management and project supervision as needed.

This is a full-time position. Skills and Competencies Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable university. PRC-registered Engineer.

3-5 years of experience in designing industrial facilities and/or installing mechanical equipment, with experience in water or wastewater treatment design, installation, or operation being an advantage. Working knowledge of various mechanical equipment applications. Experience in project or sub-contractor supervision and management.

Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment plant processes. Proficiency in general engineering principles. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle multiple tasks often with competing deadlines. Good academic records. Willingness to work on project sites.
