Project Engineer

- Assist in supervising and monitoring daily site works for land development projects.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper implementation.
- Coordinate with surveyors, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage on-site.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
- Assist in resolving site issues and provide technical support to the team.
- Support project scheduling, cost monitoring, and material requests.
- Participate in inspections and punch list completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in land development, site development, or related civil works. (FINISHED PROJECT)
- Basic knowledge of roadworks, drainage, utilities, and site development processes.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
