Position Summary:

The Junior Dining Manager supports the management of front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. This role provides a valuable stepping stone toward a career in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising daily dining operations and staff scheduling
  • Ensure high-quality, efficient service and guest engagement
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain service flow and timing
  • Maintain dining area cleanliness and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in restaurant dining operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced setting
  • Pleasing personality with immediate availability
