Serves as one of the primary point of contact between the company and customer, responsible for gathering firsthand information on new product design and technology. Conveying customer direction to internal teams, reporting development progress, results, and action plans to the customer and maintaining up-to-date technology and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate internal Team and customer in order to align all strategies to meet business goals.
  • Create a product development timeline aligned with customer plans and expectations.
  • Prepare and verify all documentation and data required for product certification.
  • Identify and understand all customer requirements, paying particular attention to certification requirements, specifications and sampling size.
  • Review and validate all internal inline parameter measurement, inspection criteria, and quality check documents against customer specifications.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours and promptly share customer feedback (VOC).
  • Prepare an external report on product development progress, results and action plan.
  • Collaborate with product owner and engineering team in the thorough investigation of any non-conforming results prior to customer notification.
  • Develop a validation strategy for the continuous improvement plan and report it to the customer before implementation.
  • Proactively monitor the progress of product development and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Immediately notify the customer if internal results don't meet requirements or if shipments/reports are at risk of being late, following management approval.
  • Understand the process function and mechanism from Incoming to Packing in order to confidently and accurately explain to customer reports
  • Prepare shipment report and obtian timely customer approval prior to shipment.

Qualification

  • Engineering Graduate (BSECE, BSChE, BSIE, BSMetE, BSME,)
  • Minimum 3 years work experience related to semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in customer support or integration is an advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can start as soon as possible.
