Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Shipping Officer located in Angeles City, Pampanga. The Shipping Officer will be responsible for managing import/export shipments, coordinating freight movement, and ensuring that the shipping process is efficient and cost-effective. The Shipping Officer will also be responsible for communicating with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling shipments
  • Solid network and connections with ocean carriers, air forwarders, courier company consolidators
  • Experience in handling different incoterms i.e. DAP, DAT, DDP
  • Able to work independently & handle full set of I/E documents, C/O, L/C
  • Hands-on experience of different products range e.g. Lighters (dangerous goods), Toys, Garments, Household, Sport goods, etc.
  • Hands-on experience of shipping goods to Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa.
  • Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation Management or related business field
