Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Assistant (Accounts Receivables) located in Taguig. The Finance Assistant will handle day-to-day financial tasks, including processing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivables and invoicing activities. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate payments, reconciling financial discrepancies, and supporting overall finance and accounting operations within the organization. Regular communication with internal teams and external clients is also a key part of this role.

Job Description

  • Process purchases and sales orders in Kingdee
  • Create and issue sales invoices/official receipts to customers
  • File invoices and other supporting documents
  • Record, maintain and reconcile daily/monthly sales and collection journal
  • Regularly maintain and update all related excel monitoring (w/ active usage of vlookup, pivot, sumif formula)
  • Perform monthly inventory count & update inventory list as necessary
  • Assist in other tasks as delegated

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Invoicing and Accounts Receivables management
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to multitask & work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Willing to learn Kingdee accounting software
  • Good data encoding skills
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
