Position Overview

We seek a talented, motivated Senior Architect with 7+ years of professional experience to lead project phases, mentor junior staff, and ensure design integrity and technical quality. You will handle all architectural plans, designs, and drawings, while coordinating with clients' architects, interior designers, and project managers to secure timely approvals and completion. This role suits those who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about creating meaningful built spaces.

Most work is office-based in Davao City, but applicants must be willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural teams and projects; read, prepare, interpret, and review architectural plans, shop drawings, and construction documents.
  • Ensure project compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with client's personnel and obtain timely approvals of all architectural plans and shop drawings.
  • Conduct site visits and support construction administration.

· Assist with drafting reports, presentations, and project summaries.

· Coordinate with client's architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.

· Support daily executive operations and contribute to improving workflows and processes.

Qualifications

  • Licensed architect with atleast 7 plus years of professional experience.
  • High Proficiency in Revit, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
  • Exceptional design, technical, communication skills, presentation and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, institutional, projects is a plus.
