  • Checking inventory levels and quality daily, and performing physical inventory counts

  • Ensuring that orders are accurate.

  • Collaborating with procurement staff to list expected deliveries, and labeling and allocating them to their designated place.

  • Following safety and quality procedures.

  • Collecting measurement data on materials, recording samples, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Reporting problems to shippers or suppliers if discrepancies are found.

  • Using forklifts, pallets, and cranes to organize stock efficiently.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With a bachelor's degree in any course.

  • At least one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse.

  • With the ability to inspect items for quality and accuracy.

  • With knowledge of safety procedures when working with materials

  • With the ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

  • With the ability to coordinate, plan, and organize.

  • With the ability to be dependable and manage time well.

  • With the ability to maintain accurate records.
