Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily dining room operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, guide, and support servers and on-call staff during shifts.
- Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Take and deliver orders accurately when needed.
- Handle special requests, guest concerns, and service recovery.
- Conduct order checks to ensure accuracy before serving.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure proper timing of food and beverage service.
- Ensure proper handling of guest tips, bill jackets, and store service policies.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in training new servers and maintaining service standards.
- Participate in opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years experience as a Server or Captain Waiter in restaurants or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledgeable in food and beverage service standards.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
