  • Aid the Operations Manager in implementing the rules and guidelines and in promoting new standards, if any.
  • Maintain a positive work environment for the team members and the guests.
  • Responsible for leading and monitoring each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up as well all the rest of the team members.
  • Must be proficient in each area of the servicing to assist when necessary.
  • Maintain all throughout the cleanliness and organization of the dining and buffet areas.
  • Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities from overseeing the setting of tables to food and drinks preparation to completing guest's cut-off.
  • Check the flow of dishes and the food quality and its temperatures throughout the event within the health and safety regulations.
  • Follow inventory control procedures to reduce product loss and oversee any damages.
  • Effectively lead the service operations likewise in cases, of the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Performs all other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the management.
  • Managing the flow of dishes
  • Keeping dining areas clean and organized
  • Monitors/Supervises food and drinks preparation
  • Setting tables
  • Can take orders from guests and can handle complaints
  • Communicating requests to kitchen staff
  • Completing guest cut-offs
