Job Summary

Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team in Subic. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment on construction sites, ensuring that all operations meet the necessary standards and client requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective problem-solving skills, and experience in construction project management, particularly within the Oil & Gas or Marine industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Site Management:** Oversee and manage mechanical engineering activities on construction sites, including installations, repairs, and regular maintenance.

  • **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

  • **Technical Oversight:** Conduct inspections, monitor systems, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maintain optimal functionality of equipment.

  • **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all mechanical systems and installations comply with construction standards and company requirements.

  • **Health & Safety Compliance:** Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment on construction sites.

  • **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare regular site reports, document progress, and communicate issues to project teams and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in construction within the Oil & Gas or Marine industries.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installation techniques, and maintenance best practices in a construction environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in engineering software, CAD programs, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with construction industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Previous experience working on-site in construction projects related to offshore or marine environments.
