JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation

  • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters aligned with One Engine's brand.
  • Assist in designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Support in drafting press releases and email marketing campaigns to promote company initiatives.
  • Create a promotional poster (for social media and print) as well as a pull-up banner design for One Engine.

2. Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest strategies to increase engagement and gain followers.
  • Check One Engine's social media presence and provide recommendations for improved reach and visibility.
  • Post hiring announcements across the company's social media accounts.
  • Assist in active sourcing of applicants through social media channels.

3. Market Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing strategies.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand market needs and customer preferences.
  • Assist in identifying potential marketing opportunities to enhance brand awareness.

4. Website Collaboration & Enhancements

  • Work with the IT to brainstorm and implement website improvements.
  • Provide creative input on design, layout, and branding consistency for the website.
  • Assist in updating or creating website content as needed.

5. Campaign Support & Performance Tracking

  • Help in planning and executing marketing campaigns that align with One Engine's goals.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in refining marketing efforts based on campaign insights and performance metrics.

6. Collaborative Projects & Brand Immersion

  • Immerse yourself in One Engine's history, services, client base, and brand book to understand the company's identity.
  • Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure branding and marketing efforts are aligned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related field
  • Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including trends and best practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
  • Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
