Objective:

The Bespoke Suit Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized luxury experience to clients by guiding them through the bespoke tailoring process. This includes style consultation, fabric selection, accurate measurements, and ensuring each suit reflects the client's personal taste and lifestyle. The consultant acts as both a fashion advisor and a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that fosters client loyalty and repeat business.
This position is for Doha-Qatar, candidates who are willing to move to Qatar are welcome to apply for this Position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage clients, providing a warm and professional bespoke experience.
  • Conduct detailed style consultations to understand the client's needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Advise on fabric choices, design details, colors, and accessories to create a personalized look.
  • Take precise body measurements and communicate them accurately to the tailoring team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fabrics, cuts, tailoring techniques, and fashion trends.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, offering after-sales service and follow-ups.
  • Manage client appointments, fittings, and delivery schedules.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while upholding the company's brand standards.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure a luxury showroom presentation.
  • Handle client queries, alterations, and adjustments to guarantee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fashion retail, tailoring, or luxury menswear consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of men's fashion, tailoring, and fabrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to provide styling advice and create personalized wardrobe solutions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Fluency in English
