Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, fire protection, etc.)

Review and validate mechanical drawings, plans, and materials prior to implementation

Monitor daily progress and prepare regular reports on project milestones, issues, and resolutions

Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements

Lead site inspections and testing/commissioning activities

Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site engineering challenges

Liaise with the Project Manager and other discipline leads to align schedules and deliverables

Qualifications

Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC)

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or industrial projects, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or project-in-charge role

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, and project documentation

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willing to be assigned full-time on-site in Bataan for the duration of the project
