The Risk and Control Group ('R&C') is a group-level, global team, responsible for fostering risk and control awareness across all divisions within the Citco Group of Companies. The R&C strategy is to support the organization in implementing a robust risk management and control framework globally across all lines of business.
About the Role:
Citco Banking Services ("CBS" or the "Bank") is looking for an Outsourcing Management Support (OMS) team member who will assist the Global Outsourcing Management team in further implementing, executing and embedding the outsourcing framework. The OMS staff will work closely with Outsourcing Managers to make sure all required evidence for adherence to the outsourcing regulations are captured in the systems. The OMS team is a new team which means not all steps in the process are defined yet. OMS staff need to have the capacity to support the Outsourcing Managers with ideas how to improve.
The OMS staff is part of the Risk & Control team and located in Manila.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
As part of your main duties and responsibilities, you will (not exhaustive):
- Make sure the data in the Outsourcing register in Centrl is entered complete and correct.
- Capture Risk Assessment (RA) in Centrl or Camms.
- Capture Critically Assessment (CA) in Centrl.
- Send out initial Due Diligence request via Camms to service providers.
- Maintain the different templates in Centrl.
- Maintain user access process in Centrl.
- Create the basis for the Quarterly Outsourcing report.
- Create and maintain the schedule for RA/CA and Due Diligence reviews.
- Manage the yearly review process for RA/CA for existing agreement.
- Collate the KPI's and create a reportable format.
- Maintain the review cycle of the work instructions.
- Own work instructions where applicable.
About You:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field from an accredited college / university.
- A recognized professional qualification such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and / or equivalent level within Risk Management is desirable.
- Minimum one year experience of working in an external audit firm or a progressive risk management / assurance / internal controls / audit function of a financial institution / financial services and / or alternative investments industry.
- Experience with a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
- Excellent written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
