JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Work at home setup with stable Internet, computer, headset
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree (college graduate)
  • Must have excellent English speaking and listening skills

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be answering phone calls from patients and assisting them with inquiries including scheduling, medication refill, lab results, etc.
  • You will be handling about 80 calls in a typical 8 hour shift
