Sales Trainer

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement engaging sales training curricula that cover a range of topics, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing techniques
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching to help our sales team acquire new skills and refine their existing expertise
• Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the training program, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions to address specific team and individual needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging sales methodologies to incorporate into training programs
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales professionals, helping them to implement the skills and strategies learned during training

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales training or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in developing and implementing training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning resources
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles
• Hands-on experience with sales processes, techniques, and best practices in the technology industry
