Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate uniform requests and issuance for new hires, replacements, and additional sets as approved.
  2. Maintain and update the uniform inventory system (stocks, sizes, and distribution records).
  3. Schedule and facilitate uniform fitting and distribution to employees.
  4. Ensure proper documentation of all uniform transactions (issuance, returns, exchanges).
  5. Coordinate with procurement for uniform replenishment and delivery.
  6. Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions to ensure adequate supply.
  7. Provide regular inventory and issuance reports to Immediate Head.
  8. Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding uniform policies and entitlements.
  9. Support other Benefits-related programs or projects as may be assigned.
