  • Handle customer complaints as assigned covering the following responsibilities:
  • Communicates with customer from receipt of complaint and all related matters.
  • Facilitates the 8D process with responsible groups from D3, root cause analysis, investigation and documentation of 8D report.
  • Assists and/or contributes to root cause analysis.
  • Reviews the 8D report for adequacy and accuracy prior submission to the customer.
  • Sends the 8D report to the customer and respond to queries and concerns.
  • Coordinates the processing of RMA lots with production and/or responsible groups.
  • Submits weekly and monthly report of accomplishments.
  • Reports to normal time but is expected to extend working hours when needed.
  • Follows the company code of conduct.
  • Complies with the environment and safety policies of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicant must be a graduate of any of the following Engineering courses: Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, Mechanical
  • With at least 2 years experience in Semiconductor settings or the like.
  • With above- average interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS office application
  • Exposure on the following: ESD, FMEA, APQP, Global 8D

SALARY OFFER MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
