Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role supports production activities by minimizing downtime, addressing technical issues, and maintaining equipment in optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machines, tools, and equipment.

· Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues and perform corrective actions.

· Ensure proper operation of production equipment and promptly address equipment breakdowns.

· Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

· Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and repair documentation.

· Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption.

· Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

· Monitor spare parts inventory and report replenishment needs.

· Support facility maintenance including lighting, electrical fixtures, plumbing, welding and basic carpentry tasks.

· Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Engineer.

Qualifications:· Vocational/Technical Course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field. · At least 1 year experience in machine maintenance; fresh graduates with OJT experience may be considered. · Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems is an advantage.Skills:· Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. · Basic understanding of safety procedures and preventive maintenance principles. · Good technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. · Can interpret basic technical drawings or manuals. · Ability to work under minimal supervision. · Physically fit and capable of handling tools and equipment.

Working Conditions:

· Work is primarily performed in production or facility areas.

· May be required to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during urgent repairs.

· Exposure to noise, dust, and machine operations.

· Must adhere to safety regulations and use proper PPE at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
