Qualifications:

Education

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering

Licenses / Certifications

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (valid PRC License)
  • A/C related certifications from TESDA or from other technical schools
  • Other industry certifications

Experience

  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, installation, or in a similar role
  • Field Work: Willingness to perform field work and travel to client sites for installations, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs is essential.

Technical skills

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, split AC, cassette AC, package units, chillers, boilers, electrical systems, and refrigeration principles.
  • Troubleshooting with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Blueprint/Diagram Reading with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and service manuals.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, AutoCAD etc.)

Others

  • Good communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Excellent physical stamina
  • Willingness to do both office and field work
  • Able to drive MT/AT vehicles with valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
