Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern (OJT) to support the HR Department, particularly the Recruitment Team. The intern will assist in daily HR activities focused on digital marketing tasks such as content creation, job posting, and promotion of employer branding across social media platforms. This role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a human resources environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Recruitment Team in creating and managing job postings on various platforms.
  • Develop and schedule engaging social media content (e.g., on Facebook) to promote job vacancies and the company's employer brand.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to design marketing materials for internal and external HR campaigns.
  • Support the team in maintaining and updating the company's online presence (e.g., careers page, job boards).
  • Monitor online engagement and provide basic reports on post performance and reach.
  • Perform other administrative and marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook.
  • Creative mindset with strong written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or any basic design tools is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Work Requirements: Minimum of 300 hours and must be willing to work onsite
