The Transport Operations Supervisor ensures timely and accurate dispatch of GMA and Luzon shipments by validating pick lists, recording and reporting booking discrepancies, preparing DMRs, planning truck assignments, and executing cargo loading through the KUNZAD system. The role coordinates dispatch documents, communicates special delivery instructions, books subcontractor trucks, and conducts pre-work briefings to align drivers and helpers with delivery SOPs. It also guides subcontractor truckers in following warehouse standards and house rules for GMA, Luzon, and Vis-Min operations, and performs other related tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate for the role is a graduate of any 4-years degree. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in transport and logistics. With good interpersonal and leadership skills.
